I started yoga three months ago. It helped lift me out of depression. My body learned to cope with itself. Arms, legs and belly balanced themselves on top of a beautiful heart. A beautiful heart that needed love and self-acceptance.
I offered myself the chance to believe in a greater good. Life gave me a handful of new friends in return. The old ones glittered like diamonds. Love trusted me to treasure everyone.
“Take it,” I said to you, “and weather you use it or not, I’m here.”
